HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?. 

We aim to process and have any orders place before 4pm shipped the same day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. We deliver across the U.K. between 8.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and from 8.00 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturdays

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Please note that we deliver Monday - Saturday excluding Bank Holidays. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. During extremely busy period: Black Friday and Christmas Bank Holidays, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to us at info@malidadecor.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. 

Our main aim is to make sure that you are always happy with your purchase whenever you buy from us. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery of any items to return your full priced or sale items to us for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will exclude shipping costs. 

• Unless an item is faulty or where you are exercising your right to cancel your contract, unwanted items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition. With that in mind, please keep all original packaging and return the items undamaged.
• The returns period for UK bought furniture is 30 days from the date of delivery. Note that this does not affect your statutory rights. Please see the Furniture Returns section below for information about returning items of furniture.
